Terms & Conditions

1. Your deposits will be processed within 2-3 business days from the day your funds were sent from your bank account. After confirmation of your deposits, your funds will be immediately credited into your trading account.

Intermediary Bank Charges

1. All international bank wire transfers may be subjected to intermediary bank charges. The charges are determined by your bank, please consult your sending bank for more information.

Important Information

Please read through the following information before making a deposit:

1. Check carefully the commission charged for the transfer. Your bank may not notify you of additional commissions incurred through use of a correspondent bank.
2. Be careful when filling out the “Recipient” field. If you fill out this field incorrectly, the bank we work with will have to undertake a lengthy process to fix the mistake. Your bank will charge you some fee for amendments.
3. ShineTrades reserves the right to reject a deposit to your ShineTrades account if you have not provided ShineTrades with your signed application to open an account and a copy of your passport/ID or if the funds have been transferred on behalf of a third party. In these cases, ShineTrades will be forced to return the funds to the bank account from which they were transferred.
4. All costs incurred will be at the expense of the client.
5. Transfers from third parties are not accepted. Funds that are not accepted are returned to the sender.

Steps to Withdraw from Trading Account

In order to create a Withdrawal Request please:

1. Login to your trading account
2. Go on the Withdrawals Section.
3. Click Create Withdrawal and choose the method you want to withdrawal your Funds.
4. Fill all the required fields.
5. Submit the web form.

Intermediary Bank Charges

1. All withdrawals are subjected to intermediary bank charges ranging from 25 USD to 75 USD per transaction.

Important Information

Please read through the following information before making a withdrawal:

1. The intermediary bank charges stated above is only for the sending banks.
2. All fees charged by intermediary banks or receiving banks in the transaction will be automatically deducted from your withdrawal amount by relevant bank.
3. Therefore, do ensure the requested withdrawal amount is adequate to cater for the intermediary bank charges.
4. You may only request to withdraw funds back to bank account with the same beneficiary name as your Traders Room, no 3rd party transfer is allowed.
5. Be extra cautious when filling out both of the printed one-time withdrawal form and web form, pay close attention to the payment details. If any mistake is made, the bank may be required to verify your information.
6. ShineTrades will only process withdrawal via wire transfer. ShineTrades will not process any withdrawal request for e-currencies.
7. In case the Client performs a withdrawal request without any trading activity from the last deposit made or if any other form of abuse is found ShineTrades reserves the right to charge the Client the equivalent amount of any deposit fees incurred, or 3% of the total withdrawal amount.
